What is Expected from You: Empty What is Expected from You:

Post by James Prescott Mon Jun 10, 2019 7:20 pm

This post is to highlight and give a general consensus on what Faction Management expects from us as we look to become official and generally:

Mentality:

An up-standing out of character attitude when talking to rival factions, Faction Management, other players and so forth. Bashing, receiving forum warnings and constant trolling on other threads is something that will hold us back from progressing.

Interacting with other factions, realistic gang beef, setting up networks and consistently providing role play for other factions.

The ability to take and seek feedback, act on it and improve with the help of Faction Management, if needed.

Put emphasis on development here, make your characters worth the time, unnecessary character kills and so forth ruin weeks and months of character development and will ultimately negatively impact the faction.

A focus should remain on realistic structures & activities. Ensuring that members are fully supported in the develop of realistic drug & firearm roleplay, community interactions & criminal activities is crucial.

Death-match orientated mindsets, as a faction, should be pushed out of the window at the get-go. As a member of this faction, you shouldn't result to killing as the first plan of action — role play around the rival faction and make the beef interesting and substantial. You could perform drive-bys, embarrassing the rival faction members, tagging up their turf, brawls, stabbings. Resulting to killing from the get-go is a bad mentality to have and this is something that Faction Management will not tolerate.

Activity:

Consistently make role play for other faction members, other factions and so forth. If you're going to merely role play around our group and not go out and interact with others — The faction will become stale and people will become unmotivated quite quickly. That doesn't mean go out and start beef, things like temperature checks and whatnot are normal though. Feel free to open businesses that make sense, make connects that don't stunt your character's development, start relationships and so forth.

Realism:

We are a realism-first faction with high standards of roleplay.
Ensure you put emphasis on realistic weapon dealing, drug dealing, car theft and so forth. Look at real life examples of said avenues of role play and mirror it in-game to make an interesting, realistic atmosphere.
Realistically role playing around prison is important and something that everyone should be doing. If you get charged with a selection of crimes that would realistically send you to San Anne's level four yard — it is your job to role play around it properly, rather than idle your time away. Reach out to The Black Car, join their faction for a small amount of time, role play your character and how they develop, this improves your character and aids our development a lot.
